Dear Partner,
II Corinthians 12:9 "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for
thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather
glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."
The most important thing about this scripture is that there is a vital relationship.
The relationship is between the Lord and the Apostle Paul. It is easy to believe when
you trust someone, and trust is developed in relationship. When you learn to trust
the Lord, as He speaks, understanding will come.
The word "strength" in this scripture is the Greek word "dunamis". It means God's
miracle-working power. This means when your human strength has been exhausted, God's
miracle-working power comes into play. At Living Faith Christian Center in Northridge,
CA, a young lady came to the meeting to be healed. She was a waitress who had been
told by her doctor that she could not stand on her feet any longer. He also told her
that there was no cure for her. She stood to her feet and stated the above and also
that she came to be healed. This was a very emotional moment. These statements were
made through tears and pain.
I asked her to go to the front and be seated. In the meanwhile, I asked the pastor's
wife to put her hands on her knees. Then, I commanded everything that was out of order
to come in order. I asked her to stand and walk. She stood, walked, skipped and jumped.
She was healed. The miracle-working power of God was perfected in her weakness. Glory
to God for his grace and mercy.
There was also a man there who had been prayed for the night before. He had sleep
apnea. I asked him of his state. He said that his sleep was the best he had had in
some time. The sleep was so good that he didn't want to get out of bed.
The conditions in the world are changing. The conditions in the church world are
also changing. We still have the grace, mercy and strength of God. "And he said, The
things which are impossible with men are possible with God." Luke 18:27. The grace
of God has covered all of the challenges in our lives to this point and the future.
Finances, health and relationships (spiritual, family and business) are all maintained
by grace through faith. If any of these are out of order, they are recovered by grace
through faith.
Psalms 102:17-18 "17He will regard the prayer of the destitute,
and not despise their prayer. 18This shall be written for the generation
to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD."
The Lord has made himself available to each of us. It is His desire that we talk to
Him as we would talk to an earthly father. Praise God for this wonderful privilege.
I love you,
George Moss
