Dear Partner,
Let's begin to look at our lives. We can identify the strong points as well as
the weak. Make plans to accentuate the strong qualities and strengthen the weak areas.
Proverbs 16:1-3, 23
"1The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue,
is from the LORD. 2All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes;
but the LORD weigheth the spirits. 3Commit thy works unto the LORD, and
thy thoughts shall be established. … 23The heart of the wise teacheth
his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips."
Proverbs 4:20-22
"20My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine
heart. 22For they are life unto those that find them, and health to
all their flesh."
God's words may be written or spoken by man or God himself. As we give attention or
meditate on the Word, understanding will come. Revelation knowledge will come to give
understanding of heaven's view. Sometimes, when people give testimonies of great
things that God has done, others become intimidated. That does not mean that we stop
giving testimonies. Others need to know that God is no respector of persons. We are
in this earth to reflect the love of God. His love is in every believer. It is
continually being revealed in our lives.
In March at Church Alive in Elwood City, PA, there were 25 young people filled with
the Holy Ghost and five saved in one night. There was a revival spirit there night
after night.
At Miracle Valley Church in Hermitage, PA, there was a fourteen year old boy who
had stammered for two years. He was instantly healed and began to speak clearly.
At Word of Faith in Bismark, ND, the presence of God was filled with love and
faith. There was a lady who confessed (while seated) "that the pain and stiffness
had to leave now." As she rubbed her hands together, she was healed. Now she can
grip her Bible without dropping it. The pain and stiffness also left. There was
great liberty and freedom in the Spirit throughout the time at Bismark.
At Grace Christian Church, Fond du Lac, WI, there was a lady who had been diagnosed
with osteoporesis and the beginnings of multiple sclerosis. Her muscles were deteriorating.
She was in constant pain. Therefore walking slowly was a chore. It was difficult to
stand up after sitting because of the intense pain. When she was prayed for, she arose
from her seat without using her hands. She ran through the sanctuary and the hallway
four times. She was not breathing hard, nor did she have anymore pain. Hallelujah!
God is good and His mercy endures forever.
Acts 1:1
"The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both
to do and teach."
Luke, the writer of Acts, stipulates how he captured the actions and teachings of
Jesus. The same concept applies to us today. When we become doers of the Word,
teaching what we've learned becomes a byproduct. When a promise becomes life to
us, as God would have it, we can give it to others.
James 1:22
"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."
Psalms 119:105 "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."
I love you,
George Moss
