Dear Partner,
Make an Impact
We are at the dawn of a new season.
It is filled with war, terror and treason.
Knowing that we are not alone;
We boldly take our needs to His throne.
Whatever is needed, He will provide.
So let us honor His Word and in Him abide.
It is time for us to make an impact on our generation.
Even as it was intended by the Father at creation.
As I sat down to write this newsletter, the words above came to me. There is
some worth in every individual on the face of the earth. It is important that we,
as believers, consider, know and understand that. It is the heart of God that we
know Him. If we know Him, we will love one another.
The week of March 13th to 20th was sensational. There were 3 pastors that came
with vanloads of men from State College, Apollo and Hermitage, PA to Elwood City,
PA. Other pastors and travelling ministers were also in attendance. It was like
old-home week for me. A couple of pastors I had not seen in twelve years or more
were there.
There was a ninety-year-old lady named Ruth Fischer who came with several of her
staff. She has a ministry like Kathryn Kuhlman's out of Pittsburgh. Her sister
was Kathryn's secretary. She insisted that I pray for her. I prayed for her and
her staff. Secretly, I was desiring that she would pray for me. She was blessed.
Pastor Cliff Reynolds had moved into his new church building. We experienced a
great meeting in his new and beautiful building.
While at Aliquippa Christian Assembly with Pastor John Bannon, we witnessed a
couple of notable miracles. There was a middle-aged lady receiving oxygen (with
the attached tank). I asked her how long would she be on the oxygen. Her doctor
had told her that she had to use it forever. She was healed that night and walked
out with the equipment in her hands. There was also a young lady who had been in
a car accident 2 years prior. She had pain in her head, shoulders and back. After
making some confessions based on God's Word, she was completely healed. Praise Jesus!
There were three other pastors that came to Pittsburgh Christian Fellowship, Pastor
Chris DeMark. They had never been there before. I also had a good meeting at Believer's
Christian Fellowship, Pastor Bob Rawley, in Salem, Ohio. There was good weather
throughout the week.
When I returned to Tulsa, there was a tape from Pastor Cliff Reynolds. It was a
tape of his Wednesday night service. There were testimonies of people that I would
never have known about that were blessed. It was good to hear about them experiencing
and expressing the blessing of the Word in their lives.
Believers need an opportunity to talk and walk out what they are taught. In Acts
2:46 and Acts 5:42, they had fellowship, preaching and teaching. It was in the temple
and in the houses. Tremendous growth takes place when believers incorporate the Word
into their lives: fellowshipping, asking questions, sounding out what they believe to
others and preaching to the unsaved.
There is no better time than now to make an impact on our generation through Jesus.
I love you,
George Moss
