Proverbs 3:1-4
“1My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 2For length of
days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind
them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 4So shalt thou find favour and good
understanding in the sight of God and man.”
Proverbs 7:1-3
“1My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee. 2Keep my commandments,
and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. 3Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table
of thine heart.”
Lamentations 3:22-23
“22It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
India, the second time around. When I went to Bangalore, India in October 2007, I was with an American based
missionary organization. This time it was with an India native apostle. He was a strong, bold man. His methods
are simple, but dynamic and effective. There are numerous places that he has established for orphans. He is a
pioneer of 200 churches and an overseer of 700 churches. Apostle Daniel is a man of love, who has a compassion
for developing pastors.
Our ministry team included Pastor Robert Joseph Bakken of Faith Hope Love Church in Moorehead, MN and Pastors
Dominic and Linda Vetter of Word of Faith Church in Bismark, ND. Pastor Dom was the team leader. This was his
fourth time to the same place. However, we did more crusades in more cities. We were in Thiccur, Cochin,
Hyderabad and other places. There were meetings in the morning, afternoon and evening. The day meetings were
for the teaching of pastors. The night meetings were evangelistic and open to the public.
Pastor Ronald Joseph had great success in getting people filled with the Holy Ghost. Pastor Linda had
tremendous success teaching the pastors' wives. She also had some awesome teachings for the pastors. Pastor Dom
is a powerful teacher too. They make a great husband and wife team. Their example of marriage was an object
lesson.
There were things I experienced and learned about the people and the culture. I praise God for the opportunity
to serve Him. He has enriched my life with a special group of friends. Thank you for being you.
The scriptures at the beginning have nothing specifically to do with what I have written. They have been a
blessing to me as I meditated on them. I am sure they will inspire you as well.
